Michelle McNabb

Welcome students, families, and community members,

My name is Michelle McNabb, proud principal of Power Ranch Elementary in Higley Unified School District. My journey as an educator began as a math teacher. In this role, I fostered collaborative environments, modeled best practices, engaged in co-teaching, and mentored emerging educators. As a Title I School Improvement Specialist at Highland Arts Elementary in the Mesa School District, I cultivated  promoted an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. With a focus on instruction, I empowered educators to enhance student learning outcomes.

Most recently, I was the Assistant Principal at Highland Arts, Porter, and Robson Elementaries in the Mesa School District, leveraging my expertise to drive student success. I am dedicated to advancing a data-driven approach, where we continuously refine our practices to meet the evolving needs of our students while providing the support they require to flourish academically and socially. I firmly believe in the transformative power of collaboration, recognizing that the collective efforts of our school community propel us toward excellence. I am committed to a culture of trust and respect, where collaboration thrives and every voice is valued. With two decades of experience in education, it is my belief that–together–we shape a school community where every member is empowered to reach their fullest potential and contribute meaningfully to our shared goals.
